As an Orange customer it serves almost no purpose whatsoever. Apart from the actual content, it hasn't been updated in terms of style and layout in quite sometime. Take for instance the new data plans which they released early last year. Can you find infomation on them in the help & support section? With great difficulty. I havent checked in a while, but I don't expect it to have changed. Orange began going downhill with the France Telecom takeover, and unfortunately the slope has just got steeper.
