MobiTubia is out, emTube still kicks ass

  Yeah, ive tried both…and I will say both are very nice. On saved videos, mobitubia’s video quality is better. Over the net, winner is emtube. Also the sound in mobitubia not very good compared to emtube. I think the only reason emtube is ahead right now is because this is only the first version of mobitubia. I think this first version of mobitubia would have beaten emtube’s first version of there application. I guess it could go either way.

  Even someone tried both those apps. No one knows that emTube comes with bad AV synchronized (Audio and Video Synchronization)and emTube allows the AV synchronization errors to make video and audio streams seem to look smoothly when playing. By this way you will hear the audio sound smoothly and video rendering as smoothly but they are not synchronized and never synchronize. This synchronization error you will also seen from Smartmovie too. Thats why smartmovie comes with it own converter to step ahead the video frames beyond the audio frames. This same video file that play on DivX player will show the AV synchronization error which anoyed user very much.

  Further more the video playback of emTube has experienced in frames lost (lower the frames rates). Even they reduce frame to render but the the sound frame still lead the video frame. That’s you are watching fake video from emTube!!!!!!!!.
  My comment is to tell you that the phone cpu speed and others obstacles are still the factors which both Mobitubia and emTube use libraly codec from FFmpeg. To overcome this new codec should be selected. FFmpeg libraly codec is not suite for mobile CPU right now.

  The fact is MobiTubia is worse than emtube. But it’s just only early release, isn’t it? Many things can be improved. However, I don’t have much time for this since i have to work hard on my course work. I still be a student. Hope you understand.

  I’m with you Sittiphol, it looks quite good for the very first release UI is definitely better and will perfectly fits into upcoming 5th generation of the series 60 phones with touch UI interface. Application is very promising and with a bit more code tweaking and improved playback will be tool No 1 there is no doubt.

  Actually I don’t wanna be 1st. I can be at any order. I didn’t hate Sebastian. Actually I respect him as good developer.

  But I am little bit sad. I always think that “why did I make freeware if everything I always got is bad thing”.

  So, MobiTubia is the last freeware from me exactly.

  sad, but i understand totally.. people just cant appriciate nothing no more, if its free or not free..

  i still prefer mobitubia as i beta testing it since the start, and its great to see hows it come.

  its just a shame other people dont feel the same and write mean things about it..

  Fake for that web site who announce they freak for Symbian. I’m programmer that ever post my own popular Symbian software which now well known over the world at that site but they are not welcome even I sent my software to web master’s e-mail.

  Hey guys, I’ve tried both and have to say that emtube has more comfortable user interface, but mobitubia absolutely wins in video quality wich is far much better than emtube!!

  I live more than a year on this mobitubia on each my nokia. Please don’t let ppl dismotivate you. There are people out here always appreciate ppl like you. Guys like you make universe more serious fun to live. Don’t give up. Mobitubia is gr8. Just improve on resolution support higher. TQ
