UK: Carphone Warehouse gets a Pink Blackberry exclusive!

RIM has released the Pink Blackberry (NSDQ: RIMM) Pearl 8110 exclusively in the UK with the Carphone Warehouse. This device has previously been in red and blue, but launching with a pink variant really shows RIM’s focus at the consumer market.
It will be available free on O2 (NYSE: TEF) contracts of £35/month and upwards, and until the exclusivity ends on March 31st, comes with free bottle of Champagne!

They have released it on T-Mobile and O2 and should be on Orange this week – it is causing ripples across the blogs and forums as this is the first ever pink Blackberry to be released in the UK.
