T-Mobile USA adds almost 1 million subscribers in 4Q 2007

Well, well, well. It looks like the fourth-largest national wireless carrier has been doing quite well for itself in the face of heavy competition from incumbents AT&T (NYSE: T) and Verizon (NYSE: VZ) Wireless. While the top-dogs in the US wireless landscape were battling it out for holiday subscriptions last quarter, T-Mobile (NYSE: DT) USA slipped by and added nearly 1 million subscribers in Q4 2007 – about 951,000 subscribers, to be more specific.
T-Mobile USA now boasts 28.7 million customers, and saw sales growth of 14.6% over 2006.
