Well, well, well. It looks like the fourth-largest national wireless carrier has been doing quite well for itself in the face of heavy competition from incumbents AT&T and Verizon Wireless. While the top-dogs in the US wireless landscape were battling it out for holiday subscriptions last quarter, T-Mobile USA slipped by and added nearly 1 million subscribers in Q4 2007 – about 951,000 subscribers, to be more specific.
T-Mobile USA now boasts 28.7 million customers, and saw sales growth of 14.6% over 2006.
Well done, T-Mobile.
