The differences I can see from this angle is that the Answer (green), Hang Up (red), and keypad (1-9, *, #) buttons in mine are all black as well as the screen when it's on stand by. Also, that center button is also black and is encased in silver. The button above the "c" is also silver. That's why they call this unit black -- except for these 2 items in silver, everything else is black. I own a black N82.
