I just signed up at Ovi so I don't have much experience with it yet. It looks good though and cooperates better with my N95 8GB. The only reason not totally switching from flickr to ovi is that I have friends at flickr whom I follow and stuff. Whereas Flickr UI is very zen in its organized whitespace and simplicity/necessity, O’Twango feels very “web 2.0″ and precise-engineered with its layout & language. Monochromatic color theme, glossiness that shouts “hello 2005″, and headings like “Actions for this page”? Oh come on.

Apart from what you've mentioned, Twango needs editors to filter content. Many of the 'popular photos' in the site are ugly and soft porn. Compare to Flickr's 'interestingness'.
