They anticipate having the issues resolved within 24-48 hours (who knows when that update was posted) The problems began here at the beginning of the week. No 3G even for the phone in certain areas - drops to Edge network (much slower than it's supposed to be, occasionally dropping into GSM). Data is running at dial-up speeds. (50kb download, 25 kb upload) I’m in Maryland. All I can do is call out, and I am an ORIGINAL At&T customer, YES ORIGINAL, before cingular bought them out, and I am still on one of the best plans the original AT&T offered. I WILL NOT SWITCH TO CINGULAR BULL. I have been a customer for over 10 years, and I am so irate that no one over there knows about the old system, so when they try to help me, they royally mess up something else, I have trouble tickets in, and calls, chats, and e-mails, this is BS and they need to get back on the ball, or sell the company back to AT&T since they knew what they were doing, good customer service, and exceptional service all around, but know its crap!!!!!!!!!!!!!
