You cannot go from an OTB (out of the box) iPhone v1.1.3 to a jailbroken iPhone v1.1.3 - you MUST downgrade/jailbreak first. As far as unlocking is concerned, there is no unlocking method for the updated bootloader which newer iPhones are equipped with. As far as jailbreaking, you need to start with a jailbroken v1.1.2 or 1.1.1 firmware before you update to the jailbroken v1.1.3 firmware.
