I jailbreaked with ziphone off a PC, then used this anysim 1.3 to unlock it.. rogers can. phhewwww it works in the end.. This is the only way I could find to unlock with a phone that has BL 3.9 Nice work to those who put their hard work towards this appy.. it save me bigtime!
