The staff were very friendly (some fit girls;)) but didnt know too much about phones etc - I heard one assistant say what is a pda! But it is the first day of course.:) The N810 is suprisingly slim and looks great, the OS could do with a bit more intuitiveness though and the N82 also is smaller than I thought, quite a nie little phone - although the screen just isnt an N95 8gb..
