In other news around the world, one that I’m not sure why OPK didn’t choose to highlight, the Nokia (NYSE: NOK) Factory in Romania opened on Monday according to Reuters.

   I’m not sure if you were being facetious, but what was stopped in Germany is what was started in Romania.

   Hence, it’s a little insensitive to bring up the ownage right now.
