AT&T Tilt upgrade available

Owners of the AT&T (NYSE: T) Tilt device, here’s a reason to rejoice. HTC and AT&T have made the new firmware version available that will reportedly bring the so much needed stability while improving the overall device performance at the same time. The upgrade also enhances Bluetooth, enables DTMF tones for the slide-out QWERTY keyboard and includes Microsoft (NSDQ: MSFT) Adaptation Kit Update (AKU) 0.4.4.
The new firmware version is only valid for AT&T Tilt. Don’t try to upgrade your Kaiser or TyTN II, as it may cause serious issues/damage. And in case you’re wondering, we’ve no idea whether the update will keep the Tilt unlocked after the update. As a matter of fact, we’re not sure you should even try to update the device if you already unlocked it. Don’t say we haven’t warned you…
Anyway, more information as well as the firmware download instructions are available from here.

This does result in the phone being locked. I have a tilt with this SW version and it is (much to my dismay) SIM Locked.
What the heck? I click link and it takes me to main HTC page, nowhere on there does it allow me to download the firmware.
