Glu gets icy with Fox…

Glu Mobile announced at the GDC last week, that it has signed a deal with Fox Mobile Entertainment to develop content and games based on the “Ice Age” brand. The deal will be kicked off by the mobile-exclusive “Mammoth Mayhem” game, due to be on your (mobile) screens this summer. Another game is scheduled to tie-in with the 2009 Ice Age 3 movie, due in approx July of that year.
Glu has said that the franchise to-date has been extremely successful, with “Artic Slide” being one of it’s top games for 2006.
I like a good Mobile game, as you know, so let’s hope they do something really decent with the upcoming titles

Ice age was one of the funniest cartoons ever. I’m sure the game will be fantastic too.
