Google2GO!

The Tech Turf recently released a neat application called Google2Go! for Windows Mobile. The idea is to provide users of smartphones that run Microsoft’s mobile OS with the quick access to all of the popular Google services. That being said, with Google2Go! users can quickly search web, local listings, and images; access Google Calendar, Reader, Docs, News, Notes, GMail and Picasa. In addition, the application also features links to other popular destinations like Amazon, eBay, Weather.com, Wikipedia and Dictionary/Thesaurus.

Again, it’s a handy app and somehow reminds us on Yahoo’s mobile application Yahoo! Go — except that it sports iPhone icons. Google2Go! is available as a free download (it’s open source) and will work on both touch and non-touch enabled Windows Mobile devices. Here’s the link with more information from where you can also download it.
