Fy Mobile MC100 encourages illegal ROM downloadingFly Mobile’s MC100 isn’t just your average monoblock handset. Sure, it’s got all the run-of-the-mill features that you’d expect from a mobile phone of this caliber - 240×320 display, 2 megapixel camera, media playback, microSD card slot, Bluetooth 1.2 A2DP, and even GPRS class 8. But, your average mobile phone doesn’t actually encourage you to download pirated Nintendo gaming system ROMs.

A ROM is basically an image of gaming software, and the Fly Mobile MC100 reminds you that ROMs for the Nintendo NES, SNES, GameBoy and GameBoy Color can be “freele downloaded frim Internet and set up in your Fly MC100.” Yea, we did a double-take on that spelling too - it’s straight from the press release, so we’re going to fly with it.

Hey, if it’s on the internet and it’s free, then there’s nothing wrong with downloading it. Right?
