If you do alot of voice usuage i wouldn't recommend this phone because the buttons are so small and not in the same positions as any other cell you may have used or are accustomed to. It works better in horizontal mode. There is no good software for this phone. And getting a ringtone into thru your software is a mess. The software is comparable to a dos user vs. aol user friendly.
