Scott Huang drops his title as the VP of Samsung’s Mobile Communications Unit and moves to Apple

Rumble in the jungle, Scott Huang recently resigned from his post as vice president of the mobile communications unit of Samsung Taiwan to take up a new appointment at Apple (NSDQ: AAPL) Taiwan according to Digitimes. That can’t be good, I’m sure he knows the road map for the next several years.

    …that isn’t good news for Samsung at all. Maybe he just grew tired of the company making the same phones over and over again. It looks like 2008 will be an even bigger year for Apple. They are totally stacking the deck -

    It’s good news… for Apple. Doesn’t mean Samsung is doing anything wrong but clearly the hottest new mobile manufacturer is Apple. That is, if it’s even true, Digitimes has a horrible track record…

    Yes, now Apple can steer it’s development to react to the groundbreaking, game-changing phones that Samsung is planning to release. I bet Steve Jobs is flying over to meet personally and discuss the shocking details of Samsung’s roadmap.
