AT&T’s Sony Ericsson K850i poster spotted in the wild; To be cancelled after all?

Back in November of last year, we’ve heard a rumor the Sony Ericsson K850i is hitting the AT&T in 2008. Now we have a leaked poster to prove that was true. But, apparently the “Cyber-shot day” may not happen after all as several sources at AT&T stores told Engadget they’ve been commanded by corporate to toss their K850 promotional materials in the trash. Why is this is beyond me. I thought Sony Ericsson wants to grab a more decent share of American pie? The only good thing that pops in my mind is that the Swedes and Japanese may be introducing some other Cyber-shot phone via AT&T. The K770 perhaps? Or even better some of the new Cxxx models? Now, that would be something…
