Mobile Bible brings Old Testament to Pelephone customersBible-lovers in Israel have a new friend in the mobile Bible. Made by Zed Mobile, on Qualcomm (NSDQ: QCOM)’s BREW platform, the new Mobile Bibile allows users to catch up on their Old Testament-reading while on the go. Pelephone, an Israeli wireless provider, has launched the Mobile Bible for religious types looking for a quick Bible-fix.

Mobile Bible-users can search through the Old Testament by chapter, book, or as a whole. And, the service is proving popular, with Zed Mobile getting hit up for multiple language support with the Mobile Bible. There’s also a mobile version of the Qur’an due out soon.
