They have good support of standards. But it is far from complete. Webkit only pass 5% of all SMIL tests (enoyúgh to pass Acid3...) and 55-60% of all SVG tests. It does not handle innerHTML correctly. Nor the defer attribute. Simply put: There is no such thing as a totally standards compliant browser. Do not spread this misconception furter. Acid3 compliance (which neither Webkit nor Opera yet claims to have – they have not solved the “smoothness” critera) is not the same as “completely standards compliant”.
