They have good support of standards. But it is far from complete. Webkit only pass 5% of all SMIL tests (enoyúgh to pass Acid3...) and 55-60% of all SVG tests. It does not handle innerHTML correctly. Nor the defer attribute.

Simply put: There is no such thing as a totally standards compliant browser. Do not spread this misconception furter.</description>
