		<description>Well, up here in Minneapolis we have not seen hide nor hair of this promised Navigator upgrade. I see by one press release that it is due in April. Verizon Tech Services could give me no expected date and in two days it will be May! I wonder if anybody anywhere has actually received the upgrade?</description>
