Mmmmm, great shame but I have to point out they are not bankrupt, they are in administration meaning that they are still trading whilst trying to sell off the IP, customer base and the assets. They have 2 very real customers, both mentioned in the press release section of the web site, along with many blogs mentioning the recent deals. One of the customers was a handset manufacturer who was planning to integrate the technology - me thinks it would be a great acquisition.

Great proof checking... try Splashpower not Slashpower! I can only assume you cut & pasted this from somewhere else and didn't bother to check your piece at all - how else could you explain such a goof? Call yourself a journalist? :(

As for the demise of Splashpower - what a shame, I long for the day when I can get away from half a dozen different bl**dy chargers for all the devices I use, and being able to place them on a pad instead of having to tether them via a cable would be icing on the cake. Hopefully one day someone will bring a device to market and get all the device manufacturers on board.
