Users register for a membership and upload few photos of themselves. The free membership gives them 4 free messages to send, after which additional message credits (units) purchase is needed. There are no detailed profiles because the whole point of the service is the “first impression.”
Next goes mingling. IceBrkr.com is picking the dating hotspots like fancy bars, coffee shops, flash mobbing events, train stations or just about any other convenient location.
