You DO have to download the Jott for BB app. Jott works the same way, you add contacts to your contact list, and then call into Jott and send a voice message (or you can send Jotts from their website). Jott then sends out a text and an email to your contact and currently it is TOTALLY free. Jott for BB allows you to reply to emails and the contacts you are replying to do not have to be in your Jott contact list. Jott for BB is also free. You do not have to download anything to use Jott.
