MobiTV passes 4m users

MobiTV is saying it now has more than 4m subs, which apparently is more than all the ITPV users in Europe!
The subscription Mobile TV provider also it is adding 1m subs every siz months, and is whitelabels streaming TV for MNOs globally. Previously it has run hosted services, but is now moving to licensing it’s servers - to enable this it has launched it’s “enhanced Optimized Delivery Server”.
Comment: that’s some impressive numbers there - 4m subs is not to be sniffed at! I wonder if we will be able to get some drill-down on the blended ARPU associated with these services - it would make a really good argument against the nay-sayers of Mobile TV. On the data above, a cautious (but optimistic) nod towards the success of Mobile TV looks to be on the cards!
