sup every one. i wanna buy a phone between nokia n78 and n82. can any one tell me which one is best and fast, when accessing internet and watching youtube vidio, and sound system?. by the way im from south africa.

Yes i know that n82`s camera is better than n78`s ! But other functions are same even Better then n82 ! For example Symbian v9.3 and FM-Transmitter on it !

Im changing my n95 (which u get a bad picture) to n82 which have similar features, tv out plus a better n brighter camera

i previously had an n78 to tell u the truth it was very irritating to me because its cmra was rubbish cmprd to n82 and the fp2 functin just made it slwer and the fmtrnsmtr functin wasnt impresv cus its output sound was really messy…sum1 askd abt w960i i hav 1 nw and cn say its nyc bt nt that nyc if ur usd too nokia phnz its sund qualty on hdphnz hwvr is great but overall its in between good and bad..wel in n78 and n82..82 is a beta choic..
out of the box n85 wl b betr than both..

I think N78 is really good, not because i own one, but, its nice, who would need more than 3 megapixel anyway, you want the quality not the size

also, the keys are just fine to use, the only thing that is bugging me is that.. N78 has a bug that keeps overwriting the backlight setting back to 3 seconds which disturb you in everything you’re doing

e.g browse the net, browse the phone book, etc..

N78 has a very cheap keypad which is bad and the material is not good

I just got my n78 becuz of its look, wifi, 3.15mp

I dont need 5mp on n82 becuz if i want to do some serious fotography I just take out my DSLR or Point and shoot..to me 3.15 mp on N78 is enough for some instant shoot

and it’s 100$ cheaper than n82

I got it from newegg.com for 319$

I luv it. It’s beautiful and very light weight

i have a n78.at first i think n78s keypad is very bad but when i buy that it is very good and better than n82.it is fast

Honestly, I’ve got the N78, and it’s such a magnificent phone that i think that there is not a huge difference between N82 and N78.

LOL of course the N82 has a calendar, all S60 phones have calendars.

The sound quality on the N78 and N82 are pretty similar, nothing that stands out though. To be honest, if sound quality is important to you, the N95 8GB goes much louder.

Ironically, I sold my N82 today as the Xenon Flash cover broke and Nokia told me that my phone had a “Hong Kong” serial number and that they couldn’t help me. They gave me the phone number to the Hong Kong Customer Support line which spoke no english

I will never buy another Nokia Product again.

I’ll most likely be picking up a Samsung G810 next week.

hi.. m planin 2 change my n80 phone.. been waitin 4 the release of n78.. but now, wen i saw it, i got confused
because i saw the “black” n82.. is it true that n82 has no calendar? to-do-notes / reminders is a great help for me due to short term memory lost.. lol.. please advise if its the ryt decision to buy n82 than n78.. juz dnt wnt 2 make a BIG mistake and be sorry 4 a lyftym.. quality wise wat can u say? felt bad with my n80 because of the slide.. the flex always broken.. spent too much money for the repair!!!
