Sprint's not at the helm, Clearwire is. They're retaining Clearwire's CEO and Chair. I had Clearwire in Abilene, TX, one of their launch markets, and they know how to market their product, and they know how to enter and take over a market well. I also used Clearwire as the backend to livecast my wedding. Craig McCaw has been pretty successful thus far, and I think the true concern is that Sprint will start nosing around in it all, rather than blindly contributing money, like they should be doing.

At least they're giving up that awful 'Xohm' name. That in itself is a good thing.
