Yahoo! Go 3.0 beta now available for Window Mobile

Seemingly renewed by its escape from takeover, Yahoo is hitting the Windows Mobile platform with gusto. With the release of the new Yahoo! Go 3.0 beta for Windows Mobile handsets, Yahoo has improved their mobile application’s UI and Yahoo oneSearch feature. The new Yahoo! Go 3.0 supports full widget support (like Wikipedia, MySpace and eBay) and offers an integrated at-a-glance Yahoo screen.

As with most things mobile these days, the Yahoo! Go 3.0 holds your data in the “cloud” so that you can retrieve your info from any device that can access the internet. But, that means you’ll be seeing a fair amount of data access on your Windows Mobile device. So, an unlimited data plan might be a good idea before you start going crazy with the new, prettier Yahoo! Go 3.0 app.
For what it’s worth. The application works quite well on my Samsung SGH-i617 BlackJack II (BJ2/BJII), and the HSDPA data connection make for some truly speedy and smooth data access and retrieval. I haven’t yet tried the new app on my Motorola (NYSE: MOT) Q9h, but I’d imagine that it works just as well.

Full widget support in mobile nice development.
Besides that I think there are too many useless widgets.
Making one is so easy these says. To take a stand create your own nonsense widget. more info here http://liftlab.com/think/floris/2008/05/07/this-is-not-a-widget/
