1. Mobile TV would totally undermine their itunes/tv/movies strategy.
2. There is no global standard for Mobile TV.
3. Even if there was a global standard - its not available in the vast majority of countries where the iphone is sold.

Unless of course they mean mobile tv over 3g - in which case any 3g smartphone can do that.</description>
