While many await the US launch of a handful of smartphones from the likes of HTC, Sony Ericsson, Apple, and Nokia, some of you might be looking forward to RIM’s first flip-phone – the RIM KickStart. Spy pics of the RIM KickStart in Black (peep the image to your right) surfaced just the day before, so it’s good to see KickStart rumors keeping pace with demand. The latest details on RIM’s BlackBerry (NSDQ: RIMM) KickStart come from RIM’s “Flip Experience” slide show.
There aren’t any real juicy details in the slideshow, aside from the mundane walk-through on how to use the RIM KickStart to make voice calls, send SMS text messages, check alerts, and play music. On the upside, we get a glimpse of the RIM KickStart in action.
Word on the street is that the RIM KickStart will ship with BlackBerry OS 5.0. Sweet!
The KickStart is looking more and more attractive everyday. Anyone planning to get the RIM’s first flip-phone BlackBerry when it launches?
Note: Additional images of the KickStart have been removed due to a copyright claim by RIM.

inpenetrateable clientelle.
