LG KM710 and KM380 music phones for the emerging markets

LG is launching two new music phones, KM710 and KM380, in Asia, Latin America, the Middle East and Africa.

The first device, KM710, is the updated version of the LG KM500, and brings such things as lighting effects for the indicator, solid speaker, GraceNote support, and up to 30 hours of music listening.
On the other hand, the KM380 sports a slim body and MP3 playback software that uses the so called “Restoration Technology,” which will repair the loss quality from MP3 files.
In addition, both devices use the LG Sound Engine technology which promises to boost sound quality.
In a nutshell, nothing special, but then again it’s the emerging markets LG is targeting with these two phones, where apparently they should sell well. We’ll see about that…
