Sony Ericsson Z780 confirmed for AT&T?

Sony Ericsson (NYSE: SNE) is eager to enter the U.S. market, but has so far struggled to gain any decent market share. AT&T (NYSE: T) is their “partner in crime” and together the two companies are steadily launching new models.

We’ve seen already the Sony Ericsson Z780 passing the FCC hurdle all with the AT&T badge, meaning that the documentation is in place and now it’s all about the right timing. We also have few images to prove the device is ready, but that doesn’t mean we’re know the exact announcement/launch date. It seems all AT&T is waiting is for the iDust to settle a bit. Then they’ll be able to put the Z780 in the spotlight, alongside (or not) its older brother, the Z750 model… More images follow after the jump.
