AT&T currently says they haven't decided on whether or not to release WM 6.1 for the Q9h (which is false). Microsoft says that WM 6.1 is currently available for the AT&T Q9h (which is false). This is the same file that has been out there for several weeks. I've been checking that file daily. If you extract the file, you'll find the firmware for the Q9c update. Moto is using this file as a place holder until AT&T says to release the actual update, which at this point will likely be in the fall or winter. It is the update file they used to update the Q9c. They said they have no information on a release date and they are targeting 3rd or 4th quarter for the release. It doesn't look like it is coming anytime soon.
