Just found this on another site:

ust saw you are wondering about the DivX support on the Omnia phone.

Here some answers:

- the phone will also play Xvid files
- resolution limitation is 720x480. Videos with this resolution or higher will not play on the phone or via TV-out. Bitrate limitation is 1.5 Mbps at 30 fps.

Hope that helps smile

Ronja
PR at DivX

Hope that can answer some other peoples' questions!

Awesome!

it would be nice after searching 20 different sites and watching videos on this phone if just one place reviewed the TV out. Honestly its one of the more important features of the phone. whats the resolution of the tv out? and there's no review on the video editing program. or programs are compatible with this phone.
its sad that most people who buy expensive pda phones just want them for show, to show people they have money. no one really cares bout functionality. I would like to use this phone for remote desktop use to access all my media via tv out and audio out. what.
