Samsung t229 lands on T-Mobile without much fanfare

T-Mobile (NYSE: DT) has added Samsung’s low-cost t229 to its portfolio. No reason to rejoice, like at all, except if you’re looking for an entry-level device that can do texting and calling. Forget about WiFi or 3G, you won’t find any of the mentioned radios under the t229’s hood. There’s however, a VGA camera and a single 160×128 screen on this clamshell.
