Sanyo PRO-700 review

With Sprint (NYSE: S)’s QChat service launched and ready to rock with compatible handsets, it was only a matter of time before we started to see QChat handset reviews start trickling out in to the public eye.
Phone Arena has posted their comprehensive review of the Sanyo (OTCPK: SANYY) PRO-700 that was launched as one of four available QChat handsets. In exchange for a 2-year contract and $79.99, Sprint will gladly hand you a Sanyo PRO-700 offering Nextel Direct Connect compatibility in a rugged, shell that meets Military 810F specs for dust, vibration, and shock resistance.
The Sanyo PRO-700 is similar in size to the Motorola (NYSE: MOT) KRZR, and Phone Arena likens the QChat handset to a “rugged KRZR.”

Regarding the Sanyo Pro700 cellular telephone with direct connect: The quality of the external speaker and ear piece speaker make it very difficult to understand what the person on the other end is saying. In addition, I am constantly loosing direct connect radio signal. Plus the battery doesn’t last much more than 24 hours. Any positives about the telephone pale in comparison to these negatives.
