I have a sidekick Lx & I can’t play videos at ALL ! I’ve tried so many times ! & omg T-Mobile Company Sucks ! I’m better off with a iPhone but I hate touch screens . Only Smart thing to do is keep my sidekick but switch companies . & YES ! I Can Do That ! HAHA ! AT&T Sidekick Lx ….

i was one of the first people to get the update it kicks ass its awesome . but my cousin took off his internet and he hasnt been able to get it

Yea I got it I was da one to come up with the method to get it faster and force it people don’t believe it was true but if u go up in diz forum and da other forum about diz update u will see dat it helped a lot of people

Aight so da has happen 2 me a lot so wat u got to do is
Menu>airplane mode>turn wireless off
Now after u do dat turn da wireless bak on if u do not have it turn da wireless off again leave it for about 30 minutes but make sure ur not just lookin at ur phone for dat whole half an hour because u will get mad and desparate so just listen to some music or watch tv and let da rtime go by dan turn it bak on and u should have da wireless bak so good luk

NICOLE!!!
The kick does that frm time 2 time. U turnin ur phone on & off doesn’t change anything. The more u take the battery out…the longer u have 2 wait…ur only resettin ur phone all over again. When it does come back…u’ll get ur ringtones, txt msgs frm prolly a few days will come back too! Jus b patient n dnt turn ur phone off or take the battery out anymore…

P.S. T-mobile has been havin tech problems anywhoo…so dnt b surprised if sumtin goes wrong…

So as of last night, the little G thats up in the corner, changed to the little phone….i’ve tried turning it on and off taking the battery out, nothing happens….then it showed my time and date to be like December 30th 1999??? And also it wont ring when i get a text message what is going on with my phone!!!!!!

I did not get my update until i stopped paying my bill let them de-activate my phone then paid my bill. the re-activation resulted in the update coming only a few minutes later

Don’t worry I got my updat a couple days ago im sure everyone will get it…sooner or later. If you just got your phone it may take 2-4 weeks. But..im not sure im not an expert.

i bliev3 tmobile is starting to b
one of the worst services ever .
