HTC shipping newer HTC Touch Diamond handsets with updated TouchFLO 3D

Reviews of sluggish TouchFLO 3D performance got your HTC Touch Diamond hopes down? Worry not, fellow Diamond-lover, HTC’s shipping their hottest new handset in the European market with updated versions of the TouchFLO 3D UI.
Don’t get us wrong, the TouchFLO 3D interface is a snazzy twist on HTC’s Windows Mobile UI overlay, but with performance on HTC Touch Diamond review units leaving room for improvement, it’s good to see HTC is on a more proactive tack.
The updated TouchFLO 3D is supposed to bring a decent speed boost and improve responsiveness across the board. Good news for HTC Touch Diamond hopefuls the world over - especially those of us in the US waiting for HTC to include GSM 850Mhz and UMTS/HSDPA 850/1900Mhz frequency bands in the HTC Touch Diamond.
