Crazy or not, the iPhone 3G queue has started. As of Friday, July 4th, about ten people have started a line outside of Apple (NSDQ: AAPL)’s flagship store on 5th Avenue in New York. That’s a whole week before!
Apparently, some of the folks waiting are trying to break some kind of record which involves their baby? Is that the “longest time waited with a baby” record or what? Additionally, they also have some political ideas to share, so if you care to know more and are not in NYC these days you may want to check some of these folks on video. Engadget got a chance to speak with them. They’ll certainly get the media attention, and their iPhones…

As it was last year, if you have nothing better to do with your time than to wait outside a store for a phone for a week, you should probably evaluate why you’re buying that phone in the first place. I would certainly hope there’s something more important going on in thier lives.
LoL! I never understood why people would line up outside a store to get some sort of product before everyone else. How could someone be so impatient? Is there really nothing else more important to do with your life then waste a week to get a phone? Really? I feel sorry for these folks. They truely don’t know what haveing a life is like. lol.
