US tax law on charitable contributions requires that your money actually go to an actual registered charitable contribution, not a product that will subsequently be donated to an organization. Even if it were allowed, your charitable contribution would have to be offset by the benefit you received, ie your phone, which would bring you right back down to $0 as a deduction. The only one that can benefit from that charitable contribution is Nokia as they would actually be donating the money to the organization. You can’t write that off on your US taxes.
