I don’t know why you are all being so rude to Allen. He has every right to be upset. Sprint tried to charge me prorate charges for switching my plan in the middle of a cycle which was fine but then on my next two bills they attempted to charge me again. thank gosh I caught it… twice, also instead of charging me California taxes they were charging me Washington taxes which I also caught by the second bill.if that’s not enough they charged games to my phone which I never even downloaded. In my case I was lucky enough to be credited back for the games and WA state taxes and they took the prorate charges off but those seem like a lot of mistakes to have “accidently” happen so before you blame one person for giving sprint a “bad name” you might want to check your phone bills. I cannot lie, Sprint has done some things with my company’s service that would send you reeling. HOWEVER, after a little time and patience and several phone calls – they finally got it right. They just did the right thing. Thank you Sprint for the new outlook on the business of mobile phones. The Instinct is well not so good just yet, but neither was the iPhone. Its saving grace was that it was an Apple and the Mackies are a little crazy, ya know?! They will fight you tooth and nail about how much better it is even if the phone is broken and won’t dial. Truth is, I don’t care if it is better or not!

SPRINT, get the Instinct right and save us all a little aggravation – times are hard enough without worrying about whether or not we got hosed by upgrading or buying new phones that just don’t do what we all ‘thought’ they would – based on some of the advertising and hype.

I agree with both Ray and Sprint is Great!, Allen, stop your complaining! You should have realized that Sprint was doing it in the first place rather then waiting until after the fact to complain. Stop complaining and do something about it. Writing an angry letter to the CEO won’t do ANYTHING! You really think hes going to be like “wow, I can’t believe I made someone so angry, I should give him his money back”? Your living in a fantasy world! Face it, you out $50,000 due to your lack of interest and observation!

If your claim is true, why don’t you just sue Sprint to get your money back? Easy enough. That way the real facts will come out and be public knowledge. Your web site just sounded like you’re a big whinner that had buyers remorse. Do you live in a van down by the river?

You know what Allen, I am tired of your complaints against Sprint. Yes they may have some of the worst customer service and they may charge some outrageous prices, but I dont you should be spreading a bad name for them. Your company had agreed to pay the extremely high price you guys payed and I dont see why Sprint legally owes you money back. Its like the person who payed 15k for a ps3 back when they were hot. Sometimes we pay way more than we need to either because we are not well informed or because we dont look at competitors pricing or we just dont care at the time. I think it was some workers in Sprint that might have been taking advantage of you but not the entire company. I do feel you were paying way too much but you have to know that you are, you cant just say afterwards oh I was overcharged all these years and now Sprint owes me 50,000. Thats my opinion though and perhaps you feel differently about the situation.

Sprint overcharged my small (US) company for over $50,000.00. We caught them doing it and now they refuse to refund the over-payments. You can read the full story at http://www.sprint-really-sucks.com

I love my Instinct!

I especially love that I can just speak into it the name of a business or building and it will look it up, give me an address, offer GPS voice guidance with live map, and also provide instructions, plus a phone number to the place/business. Amazing!
