AT&T drops price on Palm Centro - Electric Blue Palm Centro for $69.99

While the world waits for the iPhone 3G dust to settle (with many eager fans likely waiting on their carrier’s activation servers to catch up with the tsunami of demand), AT&T (NYSE: T) is pushing their lower-end smartphone to the Palm (NSDQ: PALM)-loving masses.
Following on the release of the Electric Blue Palm Centro on AT&T’s network, the carrier has announced updated pricing on all Palm Centro handsets. Going forward, through September 20, the Electric Blue and all other Palm Centro purchases will require just $69.99 of your hard-earned money and a signature on a 2-year contract. There’s a mail-in rebate involved in getting the promotion $70 price, but what’s a bit of delayed financial compensation between friends?

i just go the electric blue one and i love it. the color is amazing. i am still having trouble with setting up my email. its a great phone and i love how small it is. i have nails so i dont have to struggle with my fingers hitting the wrong key since the buttoms are so close together. i dont think my husband would be able to use my phone since his hands are bigger than mine.
