		<description>They have got to be kidding.  Every other person has a W580i - their sales were fine - the cost for repairing everyt one of those phones is what did them in.  That it has nothing to due with consistently poor quality phones.  Rather than recalling and correcting an error, allowing the consumers to suffer repair after repair after repair.  They have allowed a known issue with the W580i keys cracking, to become their flagship of operations.  
Rather than admit the error, they have created excuses.  Rather than satisfy their consumers, they have and will continue to see their sales figures drop continually.</description>
