Third anniversary of the Walkman brand coming to mobile phones = 3 new Walkman devices
By Stefan Constantinescu on Tuesday, July 22nd, 2008 at 5:14 AM PST In Sony Ericsson
The W302, W902 and W595 were launched today in conjunction with the third anniversary of the Walkman brand being slapped onto a mobile phone. Ironically none of these devices have a 3,5 mm headphone jack like other Walkman branded devices, including the first one that went on sale on the first of July in 1979.
Nitpicking aside, both the 302 has a 2 megapixel camera, W595 has a 3,2, W902 has 5 and also interestingly enough comes with an 8 GB memory card. They’re all quadband and are all coming out in Q4 of this year. The W595 and W902 have 2100 MHz HSDPA.
