I know that I’m probably of the last few to get it.. but.. I just got my update this morning!! I woke up and the “your device is ready for a system update” or whatever notice was on my screen. I clicked get update now and after a minute my phone shut off and then back on and I had the update. After my phone turned on I got an email from customer care telling me congratulations that my phone now has the latest software.
I’m still giving them a test drive but so far I don’t see anything special about the updates–a little disappointing. Anyway, can someone tell me how to use spell check and how one can put videos in their media player? U can email at xeclecticangelx@aol.com. I just came back here to say, “haha” to anyone who hasn’t gotten the update yet and to ask for help I probably won’t be comin back again..

so all last night
i was thinking about the update

so then i started googling it

and then i saw these peoples vids where you just restart your phone

and look at th G7

and turn off auto login to everything

so i started doing it around 6 am this morning

and at like 10 30 ish

i noticed that my recieved shit started going up

and the G7 was going crazyy

and then i got my update

This video feed back would be much better if we could actualy down load content directly from our phones.

How about selling music vidoes in the catalog. Now that would be awesome. All the latest and hottest videos purchased from there. I would go 4 that.

T Mobile pull your act 2gether and get it rite. You need to hire a new development team r come out with a more AWESOME phone similar to the sidekick but with the same r better features that the iphone offers. Im not saying it has to be a 8gig mp3 play but. Touch screen, real time gsp,youtube,

Come on get with the technology already. R just realse the new phone that u guys have in hiding.

Okay this is how to add videos to your video-enabled sidekick lx. First you must search the web (preferably http://www.google.com) for a video converter, your going to need to convert your videos to .3gp most of them you must pay but there are a few out there you don’t have to though. I would refer one to you but the website asked me not to. Once you have installed the video converter, use the instructions on how to convert the video ( different programs have different methods ). then plug in your sidekick lx to your computer. click and drag the converted video into the “music” folder. after you unplug your sidekick the video should be ready for you to watch

WOW my first was taken down. T mobile must not value their customers honesty. Esp. that of an adult lx user.

I feel disapointed with the new video feed back because I am still not able to whatch videos from YOUTUBE.COM. So what’s the point of this feature. This a $300 device and still no youtube accsess. I would like to see something done about that.

In conclusion… the spell check feature ROCKS!!! And yeah its kewl that I finaly send video. But I want youtube.

Doe’s any agree with me?
