Australia’s Telstra has announced that the stylish LG KF390 is joining the carrier’s Blue Tick range of Next G handsets. What this (Blue Tick) means, is that Telstra is recommending the device for use in both rural and regional areas, suggesting the reception is quite solid (or at least it can be enhanced by connecting to an external antenna).
LG’s shiny slider is an HSDPA-enabled device providing users with download speeds of up to 7.2 Mbps. In addition, it sports a 2 megapixel camera, Bluetooth support, large keys, media player and more.
As for the pricing, the LG KF390 will start selling on August 4th for AU$559. Later in the month (from August 18th), Telstra will bundle the device with a two-year long, under-a-AU$30 plan to ultimately make the KF390 more affordable…
