		<description>Orb (www.orb.com) has already been doing this for several years and have it working on a wide variety of mobile handsets.  I would find it hard to believe that Apple&#039;s patent would hold up under closer scrutiny considering the software, such as Orb, that already exists out there.</description>

		<description>Sony already does this with their PSP/PS3 connectivity.  The PSP can connect to the PS3 from anywhere using a Wifi signal (it&#039;s not peer-to-peer).  Apple could potentially use the 3G network to deliver content faster to the consumer to their iphone. I&#039;m not sure I&#039;m comfortable with peer-to-peer connections as it relates to privacy.</description>
