MiniWiz HYmini Wind Powered Charger

This cunning little device, available from Expansys, is the MiniWiz HYmini Wind Powered Charger. It will charge any 5V portable device that has a mini-USB socket, using yep you guessed it, wind!
Internal battery charging starts when the wind speed reaches 5mph, but it is recommended that the Hymini is fitted to a bicycle, car, or even on the arm while jogging in order to increase the speed at which the air hits the turbine. There are 2 accessories available for carrying the MiniWiz HYmini – the Bike Holder Kit and an Armband Kit.
Of course, it’s a less savoury thought that perhaps there is another kind of wind that could power this. A tin of beans in some people I know would probably result in power for several phones!

Now that’s pretty cool. I wonder what would happen if you were to attach one of these devices, say, to the mirror of your car while going down the road at 96 mph? Instant battery charge in 30 seconds!! LMAO. Now that would be sweet!
