Amazon’s Kindle is selling very well indeed!

Citigroup analyst Mark Mahaney is saying that Amazon.com will sell nearly 400,000 Kindles this year, which could build up to account for 4% of Amazon’s total revenues, projected in to 2010.
Okay, it’s not a Mobile phone as we know it, but it represents one of the splinter technologies that may end up partly or wholly in a connected, portable, Mobile Internet Device. I’ve not seen one in the flesh, so couldn’t possibly comment on how good it is – but given Amazon are behind it, and it’s selling like an electronic hotcake, I’ve reason to believe it must be pretty darn good!
